Block F Rezoning Application - Public Meeting
Colliers International
has applied on behalf of Musqueam Block F Lands Ltd. to rezone the land use of Block F - 22 acres bounded by University Boulevard, Toronto Road, Acadia Road and Ortona Road. The proposed amendments from Multi-Family Residential to Comprehensive Development would permit a mixed-use development including:
• A total floor area of 1,246,684 square feet, increasing the permitted floor space ratio from 1.45 to 1.75;
• A range of ownership and rental residential buildings, including townhomes and apartments ranging from 3 to 18 storeys;
• A retail commercial centre; and
• A new UEL park and community centre.
The UEL community is invited to attend a public meeting to provide comment on the proposed bylaws and bylaw amendments that would effect the land use changes (rezoning).
